The entangle power got a boost, from Hardness 5 to 8.

The new Tough Power Modifier boosts that to 10.

I’ll make Greater Entangle so that for +2 Power Points it increases the Hardness by 2 and is -2 to break free (can be combined with Tough).

UPDATE: The updated Savage Rifts Mega Power Reference was just published this week.

Greater Entangle now increases the penalty to escape to -4 and boosts toughness to 10. Presumably this obviates any need to apply the “Tough” standard Power Modifier.
